The Live Simple Eat Well 21 Day Real Food Reset is a super fun and supportive way to clean up your eating habits and set yourself up for long-term success.
For 21 days we will be ditching grains, added sugars and alcohol, all while getting hydrated and getting moving. Are you concerned about your new quarantine booze habit? Don’t worry, this challenge is all about progress over perfection! I utilize a point system so that you have the choice to forgo a point if something comes up that requires you to go off plan. We all know that perfection isn’t sustainable for the long-term!
