The Live Simple Eat Well 21 Day Real Food Reset is a super fun and supportive way to clean up your eating habits and set yourself up for long-term success.
For 21 days we will be ditching grains, added sugars and alcohol (for 5 of 7 days for the alcohol), all while getting hydrated and getting moving. Are you concerned about your new quarantine booze habit? Don’t worry, this challenge is all about progress over perfection! I utilize a point system so that you have the choice to forgo a point if something comes up that requires you to go off plan. We all know that perfection isn’t sustainable for the long-term!
